My youngest daughter was four days old when I realised I had already forgotten the exact weight of her on my chest at birth. Four days. I was terrified of how much more I would lose.
I've been photographing families in my Bacchus Marsh studio for over five years. I know the chaos and the tenderness of those early days — and I know how to create a space where you can forget about the camera entirely and just be together.
The baby who won't settle. The toddler who only wants crackers. I don't retouch that out — I photograph it.
You just need to be loved. You just have to show up. I do the rest.
I keep my booking numbers low. I will not rush your session. You get my full attention.
